The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.

Pretty self contained annexe in grounds of a medieval listed farmhouse, well equipped kitchen, 2 cosy double bedrooms TVs, lounge with sofa bed, small shower and toilet, hot tub must be booked for private use . Well behaved dogs only please. Lovely breakfast provided to prepare yourselves . We also do a champagne package with nibbles and cake for £40 or with Prosecco for £ 30

17th Century ‘home’ 2 minutes from town centre beside the Cathedral close - I have three rooms 2 single, 1 double room with King size 4 poster bed, with a toilet and sink next door. Easy access to buses to town centre, short walk to Pokesdown train station. Off-road parking and use of front garden, table and chairs. Smoking allowed outside.
