Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

The bathroom rivals any spa. The 3rd floor has an amazing outdoor living space w/kitchen, fire pits, linear fireplace, 9 person hot tub, 65” tv. Pets require prior approval.

Enjoy our charming Clarksville neighborhood, named one of the top 5 neighborhoods in the US by Time Out! Enjoy this spacious yet cozy casita. Private swim spa/hot tub, electronic privacy screen, outdoor dining and seating areas are available for our guests. This 740sf casita is situated behind main house but provides guests with lots of privacy. Pedestrian friendly streets, nearby walking trails, independent stores, record shops, and hip restaurants and bars.

Catalina Guesthouse w/ Hot Tub and Pool

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.

Welcome to our home base, a relaxing and bright spot in central Austin. The house is a 5 minute drive from UT stadium and campus, 6th street, and downtown Austin. Walkable distance to one of Austin's favorites; Cherrywood Coffeehouse. With our record collection, great location and plenty of outdoor space, it's hard not to have a good time here! We also have Google Fiber high speed Internet.
