Kick your feet up and wave at the boats going by as you grill or fish from the dock. Play a round of corn hole, hop on one of our paddleboards or kayaks for beautiful ride to either lake! Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, (they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi service to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!) RELAX and ENJOY!

We do have a small gas motor you can rent for the canoe allowing you to truly explore the lakes. Bring your boat! We have a community boat ramp one street over. Only minutes to downtown Inverness! Sapphire Cottage has a Master with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full size sofa-beds, dinning area for 6, and a full size bathroom. Whether you are looking to relax, enjoy the farm animals, or a bit of adventure we have the perfect location. We live in the main house across the cottage.

Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.
