Situated in the golden triangle of the Black Perigord - 20 minutes drive to the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat. The house has four bedrooms with air-con (3 double / 1 twin), a dining kitchen, lounge with fireplace, snug/office and a stunning wrap around terrace with heated pool in large private enclosed garden (incl boules pitch).

Venez passer un séjour dans notre magnifique gîte "La Truffière" avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et notre truffière! Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Perchée à 7m au dessus du sol, vous serez seul au monde pour des moments magiques et dégusterez de bons petits plats préparés maison avec les produits du terroir et de notre ferme. A 10 min de Sarlat la caneda, et de Montignac-Lascaux, les activités sont très variées et nombreuses.
