Explore and swim at Calanques National Park from Marseille

We will start from Luminy, Aix-Marseille University campus at the gateway to the Calanques National Park. Together we will discover the viewpoint of the Calanques of Saint Jean de dieux and Sugiton or Morgiou depending on the season. Step away from the city of Marseille and dive deep into the wilderness with a guided hike through the Calanques National Park. Make your way through verdant trees and bushes, reaching the rocky coastline with deep blue waters. Admire the famous coves, swim, and enjoy a picnic break. Begin your journey with a leisurely trek. Walk through pine woods and rosemary bushes, and come across an impressive cove. Take in the Frioul and Riou archipelagos, and the highest sea cliff in Europe, the Falaises Soubeyrannes the "Mont Puget". Take short breaks to learn about the exceptional flora and fauna of the national park and hear how its landscape is connected to Marseille's history. Arrive at the beach for the chance to swim in the crystalline waters of the Calanque and taste a picnic lunch before the walk back. It is a 4 and half to 5 hours trip in the Calanques divided in several step, 30 minutes in transport to get to the National Park, 2 hour of walking in the Calanques, you have 1 hour and half to take your lunch break then you have 1 hour of swimming and the last hour is your return

Welcome on board! Our boat is based in the beautiful port of St Jean Cap Ferrat, 9 km from Nice port (easy by bus or Uber). We'll start from here. During our 4 hours experience you could choose your navigation route between Nice and Cap D'Ail. Usually we cruise in Beaulieu Bay, to discover Eze, Cap d'Ail, along the peninsula of Cap Ferrat with the gorgeous villas overlooking the sea. First stop for swimming in an amazing cove called "les Fossettes" only known by local people, between maritime pines, cicadas and turquoise waters. Then, cruise in the beautiful Villefranche bay, 2nd stop for swimming, including snacks and drinks (water, soft). Another option is the 2h30 experience, ask us . Our boat is very clean. Its layout is perfect to enjoy the sea and the sun, with several distinct outdoor spaces with sunbeds: foredeck, flybridge, rear deck, outside warm shower, bluetooth sound system. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Operating costs not included in booking price, payable on board: Gas + Skipper fees: 40€ per guest or 290€ per group. Vous embarquerez sur Le Souffle baladealavoile, un catamaran de 12 m avec François, skipper pro, et prendrez la mer pour une navigation sous voile, moteurs éteints, pour goûter à la poésie de glisser sur l'eau en silence. Vous pourrez barrer, participer aux manoeuvres et apprendre le fonctionnement d'un bateau à voiles et sa sécurité. Après 1 h et demi de route, le bateau mouillera l'ancre dans une calanque de l'archipel du Frioul ou de la Côte Bleue, en fonction de la direction du vent ce jour-là et donc de la tranquillité du mouillage. Nous partagerons un verre et un bain de mer avec douche chaude en sortant. Vous pourrez pratiquer le paddle ou le farniente. Note : Ce n’est pas une visite de lieux précis mais une navigation sous voile où la contemplation, le lâcher prise et l’écoute sont privilégiées. C'est une expérience unique sur un magnifique bateau, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et un cadre extraordinaire. À l'ombre des voiles et en silence, votre disposition à vous émerveiller de la beauté de la mer et des paysages, de la rencontre des gens à bord, fera la différence. Randonnée trois Calanques Cassis avec baignade

/!\Possibilité de co-voiturage depuis la gare de Cassis accessible depuis Marseille en 25 min lorsque l'activité est organisée le matin. Vous ne trouvez pas le créneau disponible sur le calendrier ? Pour toutes questions, contactez moi ! -- La randonnée proposée est une traversée de 6 km de 3 Calanques aux allures de fjords méditerranéens : Port-Miou, Port-Pin, et l’une des plus célèbres En-Vau. Au départ de Cassis, vous commencerez par explorer la calanque de Port-Miou. Longue de 1400m, elle abrite un port de plaisance et recèle un patrimoine riche : ancien lieu d’exploitation d’une carrière de calcaire, rivière souterraine… dont l’ensemble vous sera évoqué. Toujours en longeant la côte, vous poursuivrez jusqu’à atteindre la calanque de Port-Pin ! Cette calanque sinueuse abrite une jolie crique de galets aux eaux turquoise…dont vous pourrez, si vous le souhaitez, goûter à la fraicheur de ses eaux à l’occasion d’une pause de 30 minutes. C’est d’ici que nous commencerons à prendre un peu d’altitude, qui vous emmènera progressivement jusqu’à 90 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer, jusqu’au belvédère d’En-Vau, dévoilant sa plage en contre-bas, enfouie entre les hautes falaises… Whaou ! /!\ Les Calanques sont considérées comme un terrain de moyenne montagne, les sentiers sont très caillouteux. Il est nécessaire d'être en bonne forme physique pour l'apprécier.

普罗旺斯老式电动自行车之旅

Vous aurez une occasion unique en Vaucluse de découvrir de magnifiques paysages et de connaître les sensations d'un Solex ! Lorsque vous arriverez sur le lieu de départ de la balade, vous choisirez votre casque et j'effectuerai un briefing sur l'utilisation du Solex. Puis nous partirons sur les petits chemins viticoles qui offrent d'incroyables panoramas sur les Dentelles de Montmirail et sur les villages de Sablet et Séguret. Enfin nous reviendrons à notre point de départ en fin de balade. La durée totale de l'expérience sera de 2 heures environ. À partir de 2 personnes. Merci de m'envoyer par message vos tailles (hauteurs) en cm pour que je puisse régler les selles à l'avance. Si vous le souhaitez, des tours à la demi-journée (4 heures) sont également possibles. We will meet at the Colline du Château (Caste hill) where there is a playground to play pétanque. You have certainly already seen French people playing this ball (we say "boule") game and wondered why so many people play : now it's you turn ! I will explain you the rules, tell you about the traditions of the game and some famous anecdotes and also show you some techniques. We will organize teams and start the contest ;) May the best win ! May we all have fun !! During the play, you can ask me any question related to Pétanque or French culture or the city. I am always happy to help and recommend good places to visit or activities to do. I will prepare a little apéritif - drink and food (or late breakfast if you prefer) that we can share together at any time during or after the game. Other things to note Pétanque is a very easy and friendly game, you do not need to be good or sporty to enjoy, most of the fun comes from trying. Kids are welcome, I will also have plastic pétanque balls for them to play.
