Artists of all levels of experience, including beginners, are welcome! • We'll meet at Hickson Road Reserve Park, and I'll hand out sketch paper and pencils. • I'll teach you some essential drawing techniques, and then we'll begin sketching! Hiking Sydney Harbour National Parks

Did you know that you could go hiking in native forests along the foreshore of Sydney Harbour and still be within view of spectacular cityscapes? We'll meet in the CBD of the city on the steps of the Museum of Contemporary Art facing the iconic Sydney Opera House. From here we'll start our quick warm-up urban hike through the historic Rocks neighbourhood. Our private vehicle will then take us to our harbour-side hikes on the north side of Sydney Harbour. We'll visit scenic viewpoints, secret beaches, weathered rock platforms and unique native forests within the Sydney Harbour National Park. These will be reached by my private vehicle which means we can access more hiking trails. All the National Park trails are in native Australian bushland or forest and provide an insight into the natural indigenous history before European settlement. Each of the hikes will be approximately 45mins to 70 mins in duration. We will take a quick cafe stop before ending at Manly. Once in Manly you will be able to explore this seaside location further on your own. Manly is a very nice destination in itself so it would make sense to spend the afternoon there before heading back to the city by harbour ferry. If you would prefer to do a longer tour I can customise your day and include similar hiking around the south side of the harbour.

Enjoy your own private, interpretive mountain walking tour of 4 to 5 hours with senior local guides Wolfgang & Hedi, tailored to your personal preference and fitness level. Choose between walking tracks around Wentworth Falls with its fantastic waterfalls, such as on the easy, most scenic Overcliff/Undercliff Track (no hiking experience required but includes some steps) with a chance to descend deep into the Valley of Waters - only if you love to spice up your mountain experience with a good workout. Or opt for a hike on the absolute spectacular Grand Canyon Track near Blackheath that takes you deep down into the heart of Blue Mountains where you feel like having entered a totally different, hidden, even mystical world. This track is suitable for all age groups; however, the Grade 4 track does require good fitness (over 1500 steps) and the ability to walk on rough surface and steep steps. Regardless which of those tracks you prefer to explore, you will enjoy learning all about the local flora & fauna, geology and also the history of this magnificent World Heritage Area. There will also be plenty opportunities for breathtaking camera shots. Nibbles and tea will be provided free on the track. Meet us at Wentworth Falls train station, a 90mins drive by car or 2 hour scenic train ride from Sydney. We can also pick you up from Katoomba, Leura or Wentworth Falls area.

Join me for an intimate sea kayaking tour in the incredible Jervis Bay Marine Park! (Please be advised this An outdoor experience like no other, you'll have the opportunity to paddle to some of Australia's most beautiful beaches with the whitest sand in the world! There is always a chance of encounters with local wildlife like seals, dolphins and sea birds. We meet in the morning at 7:45am to get fitted into the appropriate sea kayak and briefing on safety procedures, equipment and the area. Once on the water we will practice some paddle strokes before heading off into the stunning Jervis Bay or Booderee National Park for a relaxing 1.5 hours. Stopping for a break on one of the most pristine beaches in the world we will provide plunger coffee, tea, cake from the local Husky bakery and fruit for morning tea. Take this opportunity to have a swim or snorkel while your guide prepares the feast. Once adequately rested we will take to the water again for another 1.5 hours. Guests will leave with new skills and a great appreciation for the beauty of the area and provided photos for lasting memories of an unforgettable experience! Other things to note: This experience takes place in Jervis Bay which is located 2.5 hours drive from Sydney!! Please wear outdoor activity appropriate clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting wet. You will get wet feet and wet arms.

I have added an extra visit to parts where the bush fires burnt much of the forest. You'll see beautiful new red and green growth on charcoal trees. This is an amazing chance to see the Australian bush as it regenerates. I provide a safe experience highlighting ecological/environmental awareness. Our experience is usually a max. of 4 guests. We'll drive from Sydney to the Blue Mountains, and then hike various trails away from the busy tourist hub, passing waterfalls, visiting photogenic and tranquil lookouts, and taking in views from the clifftops. This is one of my favourite places to hike and it's a wilderness area that's listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. We'll also stop by a well-established art gallery to see the work of leading Blue Mts. artists, check out some unexpected street art, and visit cool cafes to discuss barista techniques and share Australia's love for coffee. The unique flexible itinerary is designed for a very small group of guests and we travel by private vehicle so we can get to places others don't go. This means we rarely see other tourists. My experience is one of the safest you can choose, as I am always with you. Independent travellers love this. Contact me if your preferred date is not available.

After this we'll jump in the car and drive straight for The Hunter Valley! This takes a couple of hours, so sit back, relax, listen to music, share a conversation, whatever you feel like! We'll stop at multiple amazing wineries throughout the day, with wines for all palates. You'll taste a minimum of 25 wines and experience the main varieties that The Hunter Valley is famous for! We'll sip, taste, graze, learn, explore, take photos, meet a wine-makers, and hunt down wines that are perfect for YOU. There's gourmet cheese platters and tastings staggered throughout the day, a very cheesy lunch and some delicious surprises for sunset. Learn the art and science of pairing wine with cheese and enjoy some Kangaroo spotting in the afternoon as well. It's a big beautiful flavoursome day and you'll be personally chauffeured around by me <3 Then back to Ovolo Hotel by 7.30/8pm. You may need your wallet, phone, ID, sunscreen, comfy clothes. Bring a rain jacket if wet. I'll have umbrellas. The experience includes water, snacks, wine, and grazings.

A warm welcome, cup of coffee, short safety briefing and paddling demonstration and it is off out to explore the beautiful Manly Cove and its beaches. We paddle to Collins Flat, Store and Quarantine beach exploring the picturesque caves, rock formations and mini waterfalls on offer. The guide will give a little history and local facts while on this relaxing paddle, and we will stop for a short break and refreshments. Take a stroll on a beautiful, secluded beach and have a swim if you feel brave enough. Then it's time to paddle home. Things to note: Kayak options include: - single sit on top kayaks (streamlined, fast) - double sit on top kayaks (bit wider & sturdy, can share paddling and has middle seat for children) Please arrive 15 mins before the start of the session to allow time for changing/coffee! Crystal clear kayaks have been removed as they are unsafe for Sydney Harbour. Children under 10 can go with an adult (or two) on a double kayak, children 10-18 may paddle solo but must be accompanied by an adult. You may get a little wet so we recommend bringing a spare change of clothes we have changing rooms in the building, we also hand out dry bags so you can take your phones and get those epic shots to make you friends who like to lie in jealous.

See my favourite local hidden gems in this beautuful part of Sydney Harbour. " where the buses dont go" Contact me your date is not scheduled,as I can do my best to assist you. If require more than 3 passengers please enquire as can offer 4 maximum. It's a part-walking & part-driving experince and we hop in and out of the car to enable you to get the most out of our time together. Hear some history of the Gadigal and Bidjigal Indigenous clans who have been the traditional owners of this land for over 65 000 years. It is an easy walk to the first beach (350 metres) with stairs downhill with a hand rail. Here you have a choice to walk further along the beautiful foreshore or to drive to the next beach with me. I do strongly encourage the walk as it offers the most superb views of Sydney harbour, Opera House,Bridge and harbour. If you’ve not yet seen Iconic Bondi Beach, I am happy to drop you off there for lunch and recommend local cafes. Don't forget swim gear and towels - we have stock of the Destination Towel range and re-usable bottles on board if you forget. Please use a re-usable water bottles. We collect as much plastic as possible on our beaches to avoid it affecting sea life. Together we'll "live like a local" and have fun.

Marrickville is a fascinating and quirky place. Occasionally grungy, with hidden treasures that can be hard to find. Not your typical Sydney neighborhood and vastly different from tourist haunts, you’ll find Marrickville full of vibrant life. With many interesting places to explore it is one of the most unusual places to visit in Sydney. You'll dip into a mixed bag of the best of Marrickville. You'll learn about its history, see the Vietnamese and Greek influences, see prize winning architecture, try some Craft Beer at a local brewery and enjoy art in the streets. We’ll end the tour at a small Gin distillery to admire their gleaming copper stills and if you wish, enjoy a Gin & Tonic, a tasting of their gins or one of their cocktails. Cool, eclectic and entertaining, this unusual place in Sydney is a great place to visit. I recommend allowing time after the tour to experience the amazing live music scene in Marrickville. I can give you inside information about the Live Music playing that night if you want to explore further after the tour. We will be walking approx 3.5 kms/2 miles on level, paved footpaths. There are lots of stops and the pace is an enjoyable stroll. Bring a bag if you want to buy things from the places we visit.
