This restaurant is only open lunchtimes, but offers reputedly the best paella in the area, and even in the whole region! A lovely outside terrace area (booking recommended!) with great views - and a swimming pool too! Very busy Sundays. Highly recommended - and they let you tour the kitchen upon request!
