Our Cardio Vascular machines are the latest EXCITE range alongside an extensive variety of fixed resistance and free weights, and a functional training area. We are also the first Better Centre in Cornwall to launch virtual classes - a fantastic way of enjoying hundreds of on demand fitness classes, at a time that suits you!
