Havelske trziste (Havel's Market) Havelska Street, Prague 1. Metro: Mustek (line A or B). Opening times: Daily, all year round 09:00-18:00. Havel's Market, established in 1232 AD, is Prague's permanent downtown marketplace where you can shop for groceries and souvenirs alike. The market is popular with both locals and tourists. The stalls sell fruit and vegetables, flowers, leather goods, arts and crafts, wooden toys and puppets, and ceramics. It is a good place to buy tourist souvenirs. Havelske trziste is located off Melantrichova, a pedestrian route which links Wenceslas Square with the Old Town Square. It is just a few minutes walk from either square.
