Sego Restaurant is an experience like no other. The dining here is on par with the finest restaurants of New York or LA. It has quickly become the #1 restaurant in Kanab and for good reason. This is a highly desirable place to eat so reservations are recommended. It is only open from 6-10, Monday through Saturday. I recommend the Grilled Cesaer Salad and the Scallops. Higher end dining experience with Chef Shon Foster. It is a sharing dining experience with small plates. The food is fantastic. I recommend the forged mushroom and artichoke toast, the beet salad, and fried rice. The pork dish is also delicious.
