Just about a block off North beach proper, this family run seemingly hole in the wall Italian restaurant is a delicious find. I can’t reneged who recommended trying this place years ago, and we are all still happy we tried it ( and keep the tradition going).

Iconic, long time North Beach Restaurant. Wood pizza oven. still the best pizza in San Francisco. The meet ball pizza is spectacular. Classic salads.
