A real Roman "trattoria", which has remained unchanged since 1957. No reinterpretations and fake rustic furnishings but traditional first courses and Quinto Quarto (the meat's offal). Must try: Rigatoni with Coda alla Vaccinara, made with beef tail, tomato, roman pecorino cheese, pine nuts, raisins and a secret ingredient... bitter cocoa!

The best Roman popular dishes in big portions (also half portions if you want to taste more courses) totally worth the price you pay for. And extra good beer and wine in this historical Roman restaurant
