Heliopolis Sporting Club- one of Cairo’s most prestigious and oldest clubs and conveniently located in the neighbourhood of El Thawra Residence. Sporting facilities include several swimming pools, tennis & squash courts, a gym, croquet courts and many other sport and leisure offerings. Several occupants of El Thawra Residence are members of Heliopolis Sporting Club and enjoy their evenings and weekends in this oasis in the mega city of Cairo.
