Just a short stroll from Kelso's beautiful cobbled square and now in it's second decade, Oscar's is much loved by locals and established as a firm favourite with visitors to the town. The 'Specials' board compliments the regular menu featuring Border Lamb, Game and briny fresh seafood caught along the Scottish Border coastline.
