從 1603 年的江戶幕府時代開始，花園神社就已經是鎮守新宿的總守護神。神社境內還有「藝能淺間神社」，適合從事表演、舞蹈、演唱等藝能工作的人前來祈求參拜；另外還有很受女性歡迎的「威德稻荷神社」，據說通過紅色鳥居通道會經驗不可思議的感覺。花園神社就位於「新宿三丁目」車站的 2 號出口正前方，您也可以搭車到「新宿」車站，從東口徒步約 7 分鐘即可抵達。

The Hanazono Shrine (花園神社 Hanazono Jinja) is a Shinto shrine located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. This shrine was founded in the mid-17th century. Hanazono Jinja nestled in the heart of Tokyo's Shinjuku ward, Hanazono Jinja is a small and unobtrusive structure that, according to Fodor's, just happens to be one of the most historical shrines in Japan. Hanazono Shrine (花園神社), located near the intersection of Meiji-dori and Yasukuni-dori. More remarkable for its location than its appearance, but it's a nice place to take a breather. There's often a flea market in the surrounding park on weekends.
