Beautiful park area for a picnic, kids can run & play. Walk along the beautiful Medina River or swimming in the summertime. Morning & evening walks are the best. Catch a glimpse of local area wildlife deer, squirrels, ducks.

The park used to be open to the general public for free. However, I have to say that because there has been financial resources available from the park fees, the park is in extremely good condition. Beautiful, Cypress lined river bed. Great place to cool off and go tubing or kayaking.

This is our favorite swimming hole and picnic spot in the area. Free on weekdays and (I think) $5/pp on the weekends. For clear shallow water good for wading and for kids, drive down towards the end of the park for a fun swimming area!
