A forerunner of the farm-to-cup craze is Caffe Vita, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2015. The company prides itself on direct relationships with all of its sources and a meticulous method of roasting that has made it an anchor of the city’s small-batch roasters.

Really EXCELLENT coffee (best latte in the Rainier Valley) and decent baked good selection. Wifi and nice tables to work or read at.
