Eddies Hideaway is one of the oldest established restaurants in Eilat and is off the main tourist route, tucked away in a shady groove in one of Eilat's older residential areas Hence the "hide-a-way". Eddies Hideaway offers a mix of the best in French Italian, American, and Israeli cuisine.
