Tuzla is the only city in Europe with salt lakes in the city center. You have to experience it, while you are here, visit museum inside the complex, relax on the "beach" and enjoy like a real Bosnian!

Tuzla has been given a name of Bosnian Salt Lake City for three lakes located very close to down town center. A nice walk around lakes during winter or a swim during summer time.

The Pannonian lakes complex is your first stop while exploring the city, either in summer or winter. It is located in city center and consists of three lakes of various depth and size, salt waterfalls and water slides. Within the Pannonian Lakes Complex there is an archaeological park, outdoor fitness center, sand court for beach volleyball, children’s amusement park, caffes and restaurants and other entertaining facilities. Besides the pleasure of bathing, this water has healing properties, particularly for rheumatic and respiratory diseases. The water in the lakes constantly circulates and is filtrated with sand filters. Pannonian lakes have an area of about 17,000 m² with a beach length of 1,000 m, and decorated space area of 60,000 m². The salinity of the water corresponds to seawater and is 30-40 gr./l. The Pannonian lakes complex is not less attractive in winter, since it offers a beautiful scenery for walking as well as an ice rink.

It is complex of 3 salt lakes. With volleyball courts, water slides. It is just a 100 meters away. Very affordable, and amazing for children, and familyes. It has 4 safeguards on every lake. There is a bar and restaurant there. And much more.
