Formerly known as Black Market. High Jinks has taken it up a notch with even better cocktails and atmosphere. Friday night happy hour starts 5pm. Hidden cocktail bar underneath Morning Glory in NewActon. Saunter through the garden opposite the Nishi building, and head for the elevator or walk through Morning Glory and pop downstairs.
