He has been called the "bright star" of Roero gastronomy, Davide Palluda, chef-patron of the restaurant "All' Enoteca", with his sister Ivana, in 1995, opens this paradise of Italian food and wine. A Michelin star and undisputed reference point for refined gourmets. On the first floor of a central nineteenth-century building, the room is as modern and essential as the colorful and creative cuisine. The extraordinary Piedmontese products are the springboard of many dishes, but there are also fish and original interpretations. On the ground floor, instead, there is the Osteria with flavors more linked to the territory in an informal welcoming environment.
