Started in 1998 in Mayville, New York at the old Stedman Corners Store, Stedman Coffee Roasters is now located at 169 W. Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood, NY. In addition to offering you a wide selection of freshly roasted coffee for sale at this location, Stedman also serves as a supplier for numerous local restaurants, businesses and grocery stores. The beans used by Stedman Coffee are selected and imported from countries worldwide and carefully roasted by master roaster Dan Wells to bring out the best flavor notes in each variety. The coffee is roasted in small batches to guarantee maximum quality and freshness, and hand packaged by our dedicated staff. Coffee is something the people at Stedman understand and care about deeply, and our goal is to ensure that your brewing experience is always the best that it can be.

1/4 mile from the cottage. This is the best coffee in Chautauqua county. They roast it right in the cafe with beans from all over the world.
