Library with a specialized area for children and various activities usually hosts temporary exhibitions and book presentations as well as cultural talks and conferences. The building is recent, of high architectural quality, designed by one of the best architects of the country, Alberto Kalach. In the access square, there is a beautiful bookstore. Located to one side of the Buenavista Station. Easy access from Metrobús Line 1 Buenavista Station.

Next to the Buenavista metrobus station, you will find this amazing huge library, where bookshelves seem to be floating in the air. You will feel in a SciFi scene.

Biblioteca Vasconcelos (Vasconcelos Library) is a library in the downtown area of Mexico City (Buenavista neighborhood). It was dedicated to José Vasconcelos, the philosopher and former presidential candidate and former president of the National Library of Mexico. (via Wikipedia)
