In addition to the many varieties of pizza, which are baked in the traditional way in the stone oven, as well as homemade pasta dishes, they offer prepared on a lava stone grill fish or meat skewers. The waiter hangs the prepared skewers over your table, from where you can cut them directly onto your plate. Another specialty is their truffle pasta .... In a Parmesan cheese loaf, the linguine is prepared at the table. For this, the Parmesan loaf is flambéed where the melted cheese unfolds its full Parmesan flavor. Then the pasta is added so that both components come together. The grated truffles then complete the special taste experience.

delicious Italian food. I recommend the fresh daily specials and the pasta with cheese and truffles // leckere italienische Küche. Zu empfehlen sind die frischen Tagesgerichte und die Nudeln mit Käse und Trüffel.
