Despite being a part of the ‘lounge’ chain of pubs, Establo has an independent feel and manages to retain a lovely community hub vibe. Dog friendly. Varied, interesting menu. Serves breakfast, coffee and cake, lunch, cocktails and dinner. Open all day every day.

Very busy bar and restaurant with a nice big terrace at the front so you can sit in the sun and enjoy a coffee or cocktail...

10 minute walk through the village. Good food in bistro type setting in Rustington village. Can get a bit busy at peak times but worth a visit
