This food truck does an excellent job. They even hand-grind their own beef daily, double smoke their own bacon, and sieve their own cheese.

Capitol Burger is a local food truck that is open most days for lunch and dinner. They are absolutely amazing and my top recommendation for food. They usually park at the Chuckwagon in Torrey for dinner. You won't be disappointed.

You might have to track this food truck down through their website, but many days/nights it is parked next to the Chuckwagon on Main Street. Great hamburgers.
