Gorgeous café with country chic decor & water views. The menu is a superb local Tasmanian/Turkish fusion. I recommend the zucchini/haloumi Borek (Turkish Yufka pastry parcel) & the lamb Borek with paprika butter & yoghurt. Affordable prices, kids welcome & plenty of pram space. Outdoor courtyard, welcoming staff & Turkish cotton linen for sale. Take a stroll in the thriving & historic village of Franklin while you are there! Open 9am – 5pm Fri – Sun.

We love Cinnamon & Cherry - they have terrific food with a Turkish influence. They do breakfast, lunch (and dessert) with a Turkish slant from Wed to Sat, 10am to 3pm. Cinnamon and Cherry is about 5 mins walk South on our side of the highway.
