Santouka in the food court has the best tonkotsu ramen. Very popular. Long lines, so go early.

Japanese groceries, lots of great FRESH Sushi and several restaurants inside the supermarket.

This is a drive, but it's so worth checking out. Get their ramen in the cafeteria. It's great.
