A pleasant experience: face to face with a professional. Family atmosphere and welcome by the owner who invites you to approach the counter and, with a smile, asks you: "What do I prepare you? Sweet or dry?". Slow movements, of expert hands, which mix seasonal fruit, creams and liqueurs. One has the impression of witnessing the preparation of a magic potion.
