Best place for breakfast or brunch. Not a lot of seating so you may want to take it to go. The Hella Fitzgerald is amazing!

(3.5 mi/ 14 minutes) Highly acclaimed and local. They serve til they run out of their famous sweet potato biscuits. My favorite is the Stevie.

Best biscuits in Norfolk! A tiny shop with some outdoor seating on the other side of the tracks. Go for the funky atmosphere and people watching, stay for the rich and buttery sweet potato biscuit sandwiches with southern staples like spicy greens or fried chicken generously stuffed in. Breakfast and lunch only.

Delicious sweet potato biscuit sandwiches with inventive combinations make Handsome Biscuit a unique dining experience. Their house made hot sauce and carbonated beverages are always an excellent addition. Their location on Monarch Way offers a larger seating area for bigger groups.
