Downtown Gilbert every Saturday 8a-12p – if you are staying over a Saturday, the Downtown Gilbert Famer Market is wonderful and a great way to explore the downtown area even more. They have plenty of food truck options (Crepes, various breakfast scrambles, Acai bowls, and so much more!), fresh coffee or espresso stands, and a ton of local vendors (with anything from local cheeses to fresh produce, to homemade soaps, to ‘world famous cookies’, to salsas and hummus to gluten-free/keto-friendly/vegan/etc. items and more). It is located in the Park and Ride area just West of the iconic Water Tower in Downtown Gilbert – check their hours online as they may change seasonally to adjust for the hotter summer temps.

I love being outside and buying fresh local fruits and veggies! Plus, the Gilbert Farmers Market has food trucks as well - so you can pick up some breakfast while you are here too!
