This place is absolutely gorgeous! you can do the menu of degustation which is quite an experience; but you also have a normal menu with great options at a very affordable price.

Juan Manuel Barrietos, known in the gastronomic world as “Juanma,” he is the Founder and Executive Chef of Elcielo Hospitality Group. At 39, he is recognized internationally as one of the most important entrepreneurs, businessmen and peace leaders in Colombia. He is the first chef in history to lead a Colombian cuisine restaurant, Elcielo Washington, D. C., awarded a Michelin Star (April 2021).
