This fantastic theatre hosts some of the best talent in the country and it's only a 3 minute walk from the building ! I saw Jerry Seinfeld as a stand up comedian here. Last minute ? Don't let it discourage you. Often times you can get tickets at the door. If there are no tickets, there are scalpers, but defintely beware. Have one person in your party pay the scalper only when the others get past the entrance !

The Beacon Theatre is more beautiful than ever since its renovation was completed in 2009. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has hosted many classic performers and performances since 1929 when it opened as a movie palace...just 28 blocks down Broadway from us!
