You can eat one of the best Pasta Amatriciana of Rome. It's pretty crowded but you should try. CLOSED ON SUNDAY.

There is a reason why tourists and locals alike come here time and time again. They serve up fantastic cucina romana including their legendary bucatini all’amatriciana. This family owned restaurant has kept the traditions running for decades and it doesn’t look like it will stop anytime soon. As the saying goes, come hungry, leave happy!

Try to reserve a table... if you can. This typical Roman Hostaria is always full of Italian People who wants to eat the very Roman Cuisine. It is very diffucult to eat there beacause of the people always going there. The pillar of this restaurant is the sauted pasta into a parmesan shape. If you go there, don't miss it!
