Clifton Heritage Park
This is one of our favorite spots in the area. Walk through historic sites that our ancestors carved out of limestone. Get lost in mesmerizing tranquil waters. Go on a day excursion and scuba dive to underwater statues.
Take the west bound bus (10 or 10a) to Clifton. As you enter the bus, ask the driver if he's headed out that far, (it's not a popular locals spot so the driver may or not travel that far). You can arrange with the driver to collect you after your adventure to this amazing land and sea park.
Visit the underwater sculpture garden ... ride on the ATVs ... sit on the beach or go for a swim in the crystal clear waters where JAMES BOND movies, JAWS and FLIPPER movies were filmed
“While in the Graycliff Area you will want to stop by and see the National Art Gallery ”
“John Watling’s Distillery is the home to JOHN WATLING’S Rum, the “Spirit of The Bahamas” – It is where its namesake rum and other spirits are handcrafted by Bahamian hands, using local materials ”
