Mt. Sunapee State Park has access to both a mountain and a beach. In winter, ski or board at the mountain, and in summer hike up or ride the chairlift to the summit for a wonderful view of Lake Sunapee below. In summer, the state beach is a great place to spend a day, with soft white sand and crystal clear water.

The 4,085 acre lake at Mt.Sunapee State Park Beach is an ideal spot for family and group outings. A boat launch is available with some restrictions. Boat rentals are available. Situated about a mile from the beach, the campground offers lean-to and platform sites for family camping in a natural setting.

Mount Sunapee State Park is the ski resort in the Winter. They also now have an adventure park in the Summer that includes mountain bike riding, ziplining, miniature golf and Segway tours.
