Fris is located in a quiet residential area near the Frederikspark in Haarlem. At restaurant Fris, passion and respect for the product are paramount and you can taste that. Not too much fuss, but pure flavors from classic French cuisine with exciting influences from Southeast Asia. Especially flavors that suit the season.
