It is a museum of history and art under the patronage of the Bucharest City Hall. It is installed in the Sutu Palace.

That means that on top of permanent and termporary exhibitions one gets in these venues a whole range of events like music concerts, book-events, art lectures, art and crafts fairs, etc.
