Very few places host brunch like Lavo which is walking distance from the building. It is separate from the nightclub, as it is a restaurant, but it is very lively with great music -- perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties etc.

Awesome spot to have dinner and continue partying afterwards. Bring your friends, have your Birthday party. Great place to see and be seen. Also a great Party Brunch spot

Lavo's boozy brunch is been known as a must. Personally, I think it's a bit 'too-much' but it's def. something to check out.
