Skybar / Restaurant - nice place to see hanover's skyline - but if you focused on the cocktails please visit Oscar's Bar ;-)

It is not only a restaurant but also a bar. They provide good food (mostly Italian) good wine and nice view. most importantly this restaurant is right at the city center. You won't miss it
