The largest stretch of picnic greenery in Jerusalem, Gan Sacher (or Sacher Park) The park is near the government buildings and is a great place, easily accessible by foot One can picnic here or just relax and watch the world go by.

Great place to hang out, green in the middle of the city. On weekends you can join people playing Frisbee, or Tightrope walking, or just great for reading a book under a tree.
