If you like Malaysian then Unique Patisserie in Katoomba is sensational! Looks really average from outside but the food is awesome and the chef has won heaps of awards.

Restaurant and Pattisserie. Understated but great Malaysian fusion. Cheap lunch means for $10 such as satay chicken and rice (great satay).

Don't let the name fool you, this place is actually a Malaysian restaurant. Probably the best assam laksa in Sydney. Big call, I know!
