A summer without a swimming in the river Aare is a No-Go. Marzili is an open Swimming place with lots of gras to hang out with hundreds of Bernese people. Walk up along the river and jump in! ATTENTION: you need to be a very good swimmer! If it's hot and there is nobody inside the Aare - don't do it - it might be to high or to fast! It is realy dangerous.

Free bath located at the aare (river). Nice place to swimm and relax. Very crowded on sunny days. (Beware: swimming in the aare is dangerous, please ask us for advice)
