Just go... this could also be listed under "Sight Seeing". It is just under 40 miles from my home and absolutely worth the trip (even if you don't eat at the restaurant!)

Concerts (summertime), morning yoga (summer), and Film on the Rocks (summer) are worth a trip! Also, just go there and see the natural beauty!! Go through "Entrance 1", to drive through a short tunnel (bored out of the rocks) and take in the view of downtown Denver that is hard to beat!

Living near the Hogback, the South Platte river, the Highline Canal trail, Waterton Canyon, Chatfield Reservoirs, and more, makes for plenty of choices... it all depends on your time and interests!
