My personal favorite thing to do in the spring, summer, fall. Take a ferry ride to any of the the Boston Harbor islands. Wonderful beaches, great swimming, amazing history, (bunkers, pillboxes, lookout towers, etc left over from WW2. The best way to get out of the city!

Best Italian food in the city. Very hard to get in. Staying here makes it very easy. Walk there and put your name on the list, come back and have a drink and an appetizer on the deck. Walk back over when they call you. Trust me its worth the hassle.
