Watching baseball games in Seoul is special. Even those who aren’t keen on sports are likely to get caught up in the infectious atmosphere of a professional baseball game at the Jamsil Baseball stadium, complete with entertainment courtesy of K-pop cheerleaders. Experience Korean Kimchi making day's atmosphere. Everything about Kimchi in 3.5hour! You will learn how to make 4 types of Kimchi using Korean cabbage ( Baechu Kimchi ), radish ( Kkakdugi ) and cucumber ( Oi Sobagi ) from scratch. Especially for cabbage Kimchi, you will learn how to make Kimchi for a long term ( Gimjang Kimchi ) what we make just one time a year and keep eating for the whole year, and fresh Kimchi ( Geotjeori ) we make a little batch and eat right after like salad. After making Kimchis, you will enjoy little bit of every Kimchi with boiled pork, fried tofu and rice wine ( Makgeoli ) like what Korean do with family on a 'Kimchi making day'. And the rest of 1.5kg Kimchi, you will pack and take with you in a container. Class is led by certified Korean cook Jomin in English, and conducted in her cooking studio around local Mangwon market, close to Hongdae area. Before class, you will enjoy local market tour as well.
