We’ll visit our goats—you can even feed them!—and stroll through the family vineyard. • Next, I’ll show you how we make our fresh goat cheese. Welcome to our stables at Maneggio San Felice, nestled in the rolling Tuscan hills, where your little ones will meet our Shetland ponies, learn how to care for them, and enjoy playful rides—all in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. • We’ll learn the art of grooming as we brush the ponies together. I’ll share fun insights about their behavior, teaching kids how to “read” a pony’s mood through ear movements. • After preparing the ponies with me, children will practice leading them and giving simple voice commands. Join me for an all-level exploration through the heart of Dante’s exile forests, where the poet found refuge and inspiration in the rugged beauty of the Casentino. More than a guided hike, this five-hour journey weaves together history, spirituality, and the natural beauty of Foreste Casentinesi. • Meet at the parking lot at Santuario della Verna, where Saint Francis of Assisi received the stigmata. I’ll share the history of the area and an overview of the hike. • Hike the lower path-ring beneath the sanctuary, visiting the tomb of Davide, the “Pedata del diavolo” and its legend, and the monks’ cave once used as an icebox. • Pause for lunch at the monks’ refettorio, then hike the upper path-ring to see Italy’s tallest native silver fir, the “Sasso” of Frate Lupo, and enjoy panoramic views from Monte Penna. The experience concludes with a group photo outside the sanctuary. You’ll leave with a fresh perspective on the natural world, and indelible memories from your hike. Tour the Baroque architectural treasure Palazzo Chigi Zondadari with an in-house art historian. • We’ll meet in the courtyard. I’ll share some background on the palace (built in the early 18th century) and the Chigi Zondadari family who has owned it for centuries. First, we’ll explore the Cortemporanea art project, which features different contemporary artists every year. • We’ll tour the well-preserved main floor, or piano nobile, filled with artworks from the permanent collection and pieces from contemporary artists. You’ll see furniture designed by 18th-century architect and poet Agostino Fantastici, as well as 17th-century corami (embossed and handcrafted leather), and other archaeological finds. Guests reach Piazza San Giovanni, the magnificent Square of Baptistery, where historic buildings (such as the Palazzo del Magnifico and the Archiepiscopal Curia) are erected and the back of the Cathedral, sparkling with white and black marble and the majestic staircase. At the entrance of the first builidng, at the reception the guests can admire the original drawing of the Baptistery of Siena, unfinished due to the plague and two drawings made by famous architects, Louis Khan and Le Corbusier whose originals are no longer in Italy. Once here, guests have to go down, reaching an unique and inaccessible place, where the water once flowed. The "bottini" are buildings of medieval origin that brought water to the city of Siena. You will see a medieval well, an Etruscan hut dating back over 2500 years and a sandstone sediment dating back over 1 million years ago when Siena was below sea level. There you can see historical fossils. You will see another "bottino" as well used also as jail by The Noble Pandolfo Petrucci. After you can enjoy the real and unique experience of the wine tasting in our wineshop. Once the experience is over, guests can buy some bottles as a souvenir.

If you are looking for an out of the binaries experience to do something new and special, you are in the right place! I will be happy to make you experience the day-life of an artisan, bringing you inside a pottery factory and then discovering the feel of clay manipulating. We first will meet in my shop in Montelupo Fiorentino, opened for 20 years in a historical village known all over the world for its ceramic production. Montelupo is situated precisely in the middle of Pisa and Florence so it is easily reachable by train or by car in about a half-hour from both sides. It is a beautiful village and I hope you will love it as I do! From the shop we will go together to the factory where I will show you the cycle of production of Italian handmade pottery, telling you the history behind and explaining all the techniques. If you want, there is also the possibility to design and purchase something new that will be custom made for you by our artisans! After the factory, it will be your turn! We will go back to the shop where my father will be happy to teach you how to make your pottery piece. Don't worry if you never used a wheel, the course is funny and satisfying for everyone! And as icing on the cake your creation will be fired and shipped to your house, to have a tangible memory of the experience but above all to have a piece of Tuscany at home! Please note: This beautiful horseback riding experience is made for beginners and first timers in horseback riding. Its about nature, stunning views and making friends with our horses. That means walk only! IF YOU ARE AN ADVANCED RIDER, LOOKING FOR A FASTER AND MORE SPORTY RIDE WITH TROT AND CANTER; PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE! If possible you can switch to another group with a different start time. Please ask for that only if you are 100% sure that your riding skills are more than sufficient and if you are 100% safe with posting, light seat and an english saddle. Generally the weight limit for our horses ist 85kg (for advanced and beginners), please ask for exceptions! When you arrive at our reception our receptionist will show you the way to the stables. Meet your horses and make friends with them. We will show you everything you need to know. And then let`s go! On our different routes, we pass by the incomparably beautiful and varied landscape of the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Arbia. Breathtaking trails in all directions are waiting to be explored. You will take home unforgettable memories of the Tuscan nature and the contact with your horse as a a touching experience. For your planning, calculate 2-2,5 hours on horseback, and 3 hours for all together. Kids aged 6 and over are welcome. Please let me know in advance the age of your kids.

During my cooking class, you will be able to immediately immerse yourself in a familiar and informal atmosphere, also thanks to the warm and welcoming ways of Mamma Nora. Before you know it, you will find yourself with an apron around your neck and ready to be part of her kitchen! You will discover and learn the secrets of homemade pasta, how to prepare a good savory sauce to accompany it and make one of the most famous Italian desserts: Tiramisù. Of course the menu can change according to guests's requests and to the season. We will cook together using mainly our all organic products, starting from the eggs of my hens. we will use flours of ancient Tuscan grains and above all we will cook with seasonal vegetables as they did in the past. We will cook inside the old celler of the Farm, as it is the coolest place we could find in summer! We will visit the garden to pick up some herbs, and for the brave ones, there will be a visit to our chicken coop! Once finished working, we will set the table and we will finally enjoy our wonderfully prepared meals. Other things to note Please, bring a lot of joy! We will spend the day together so It is forbidden to be sad! In summer, as we are in the country side, please wear long trousers and closed shoes... or bring mosquitos repellent cream. The fresh pasta course will take you through the preparation of three traditional pasta shapes– a filled pasta and two types of egg pasta. After, the pasta prepared during the course will be cooked and served, enhanced by traditional sauces. The lunch or dinner will be served with excellent Diacceroni wine. Questa esperienza,con la guida del nostro esperto tartufaio e dei suoi cani addestrati, ti accompagna a caccia dei tartufi nei boschetti attorno all’Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni. Potrai estrarre il tartufo in prima persona, e gustarlo successivamente al ristorante “La Cantina” dell’Agriturismo,dove saranno serviti un pranzo o una cena completi a base del tartufo raccolto, accompagnati dall’ottimo vino Diacceroni.
