Just look at the pictures! Although it’s a busy place, if you come this way you must go see it up close! It’s amazing! To avoid the crowds and still get its highlights we’ll only visit its exterior. Explore all the terraces, views and architectural features up-close without going inside to see the rooms and furnishings. QUINTA DA REGALEIRA: The most excentric palace in Sintra and home to the amazing initiation well CABO DA ROCA and Sintra’s coastline: Home to the westernmost point of continental Europe, this coastline is always impressive for its rawness, rural vibe and amazing scenery. Since 2018, this is Portugal's only cooking class in a real bakery, taught by a professional pastry chef! This masterclass can be hosted by award-winning chef João Batalha, co-founder of Pastel de Nata concept store Nat'elier, or other experienced in-house pastry professionals such as chefs Silvia Sousa or Adriano Cardoso. After gearing up you'll go inside our pro kitchen where you'll learn how to bake the irresistible Portuguese Custard Tarts (aka Egg Tarts) everybody loves! The workshop starts with an intro to the history of Pastel de Nata. This is HANDS-ON experience! Unlike other Pastéis de Nata classes in Lisbon, we will show you how to make puff pastry from scratch. Afterwards, we will make the custard and bake it all inside a professional oven. During this class we all work together as a team (max. 14 people) Everyone makes at least 3 tarts by hand - learn how to laminate the dough, shape it with a specific Pastel de Nata technique, fill in the custard, etc. ☕We'll end tasting the warm tarts with a drink of choice, crafted by our baristas. As passioned for Lisbon, we want to show you the city as we see it, so you can get to know the secrets and customs of the Lisbon people and conquer our 7 Hills. More than a regular and touristic tour, you can learn the portuguese ways and even our language. A tuk tuk is an open air, very small and special vehicle that allow us to go through all the narrow streets of the old part of the town. We will go through them in an easy, very fun and adventurous way to go up the big hills of Lisbon. Throughout this trip, we'll explain you the history of the city and the places where we'll go, we'll do a lot of stops so you can visit inside the monuments and take some photos of the beautiful views. In this tour we'll get to know the old part of the Alfama District that includes the oldest monuments of the city near the Castle (Sé Cathedral, Saint Vicent Church, National Pantheon) awesome high viewpoints (Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and Portas do Sol) where you can see all the city and the 25th April Bridge from the top of the Hill, and stop in the little iconic streets from the XII Century. At the end we will finish in the downtown so you can explore Lisboa with new eyes. Other things to note We have 2 Tuks, the red (3 seats), the pink (4 seats) = in total 7 seats. Barista for a Day- the art of espresso and cappuccino

Barista for a Day is a fun and informative experience around traditional Italian coffee. Barista, in Italy, is the name given to an espresso machine coffee artist. I invite you to share my knowledge of traditional espresso making, from properly grinding the beans to extracting a perfect cup of espresso and steaming milk to pour a perfect cappuccino. Guests will have multiple opportunities to make espresso, play with steaming and pouring milk and even try some latte art. The experience lasts approximately 3 hrs and is excellent for beginners, as well as more experienced coffee lovers or professionals who wish to improve their knowledge and techniques. NOTE: non-dairy milk available upon prior request

After finding out what's your goal for the experience and your level of surf (could be beginner), we'll get the equipment and jump to the beach. According with it, we can have a longer or shorter briefing about the spot's conditions, safety rules, etiquette and instructions to catch your very first wave or improve your existing surf. The duration of the surf session will be 1:30Hs (in the water) plus one hour for preparations and debriefing of the session. You'll be my priority for this 2:30 hours and my goal is your happiness! My ratio never passes 4 people per session. Gather more friends to join and let's have fun together!
