My family has preserved this rare craft for generations, and I’ll guide you through our time-honored techniques before you shape molten glass into a one-of-a-kind creation. • You’ll start with a guided tour of our historic factory, where I’ll share the fascinating history of Japanese glassmaking and how this factory became a cornerstone of the craft. • Next, you’ll try your hand at cutting glass rods under my careful guidance, an essential step in the production process. • Then, you’ll melt vibrant glass over a burner and shape it into your beautiful tombo dama, choosing your own colors and design. Experience of this bar crawl will walk around deep side of Osaka, If you’re looking for "off the beaten path" munchies experience beyond Namba or Dotonbori area in Osaka, HERE is for YOU who want to glimpse what a real local night life is. Let me take you to three SPECIAL standing bars where they originally opened as "liquor store" turned out to be a "Tapas Bar". Great things that we will have quality food/drinks as very reasonable price! You will encounter a bunch of flavorful food/drinks surrounded by full of local. You will be fit in well to local life without language barrier to have Japanese mom's cooking, seasonal sashimi, variety of meat and veggies. You can also buy a quality Sake/whiskey bottle in order to have your souvenir! Let's enjoy the real local night out together like a local. ※We are not opened the class for one person (minimum from 2ppl). Please contact us before booking if you wish to join our class alone. We can advise another session that already booked. You can experience how to make Handmade Udon in the authentic Udon restaurant and enjoy the Udon you made after the class. If you wish, you can enjoy making udon while sipping on Japanese sake, beer or etc... (Please note that the cost of drinks is not included in the fee.) You can also bring Udon back to your home if you want. Handmade udon made by ourselves is chewier and softer than udon sold in stores. Anybody who doesn’t have any skill for cooking can easily experience. Both kids and adults can enjoy the udon. We would like people from other countries to know one of the traditional Japanese food and share the joy of making it together. Our restaurant is in the Michelin guide. So after your class, our Udon chief will make Udon dish for you which tastes amazing! -Other things to note- •Please wear clothes you don't mind getting messy! •You need to be on time! 私が経営するラーメン屋の厨房を貸し切ってラーメン職人の体験をしていただきます。全ての道具は私が用意しますので、ゲストは何も用意して頂く必要はございません。体験の工程は、ラーメンの具材や器具の説明から始まり、実際にラーメンを茹でる、スープの調合、盛り付け、実食までを体験して頂きます。スープ作りは時間がかかる為、事前に私が作ったスープを使用して頂きます。貸し切りなので安心して体験できます。麺を茹でる工程でガスコンロを使用する為、幼児の体験はできません。小さいお子様（6歳くらい）から体験して頂けます。最大で4人まで同時に体験して頂けます。ラーメンは下記より好きなラーメンを一つ選んで頂けます。 ①鶏白湯ラーメン ②魚介鶏白湯ラーメン（蛤出汁） ③中華そば（醬油ラーメン） ④鯛だし塩ラーメン集合時間に遅れる場合は連絡を下さい。 15分以上遅れると、後のスケジュールに影響が出る為キャンセルとなります。ご了承下さい。また、店内が狭いため、予約人数分のお席のみ確保します。

Learn from a seasoned Japanese chef with easy-to-understand explanations on how to properly select fresh fish for sashimi, how to tell apart each cut of Wagyu beef and how to pair them with a variety of amazing sake. Fresh seasonal vegetables, fried rice and Japanese pickled vegetables are included. Located in Osaka’s premiere restaurant and night life district, enjoy a night on the town at Teppanyaki Toyota. While on my tour, I will carefully explain and walk you through each dish and give you a better understanding of each cut’s characteristics and my creative thought process when designing these dishes. How to select sake and pair them with a Wagyu beef and fishes is essential to the overall enjoyment. So that I will explain the points of "Sake"choice. You will make cute sushi in a typical Japanese home kitchen(for up to 4 people). For groups of 5 or more, the sushi class will be held in a nearby space. Sushi is a rolled sushi with a cute pattern. The moment you cut it, you will be impressed. Patterns include animals and flowers... I will ask you in advance what you would like to make from animals, flowers, and anime (first come, first served). Look forward to seeing what pattern you will see when you cut the sushi. This is a course where you make one type of sushi and eat it immediately afterwards. Includes miso soup and a simple snack. This is a course that takes about 1.5to2 hours in total(The time required varies depending on the pattern). Please choose this course if you have children or would like to have a fun experience of rolling sushi. If you are a challenger who wants to make two types of sushi, you can make two types of sushi for an additional fee. This is a course that takes a total of 3 hours. We'll contrast that by ducking into quiet cobblestoned back alleys to uncover a mystic temple and its centuries-old history. Be prepared for a sensory overload as we navigate wacky larger-than-life billboards highlighting modern Japanese culture. You'll get to hear plenty of interesting stories about Osaka along the way & get some fantastic photo opportunities. On night tours, you'll be dazzled by the retrograde neon all over the city and the exciting nightlife that Osaka is so famous for. This tour is known for exposing the contrasting faces of Osaka! We will share a course-meal of traditional Japanese food across 4-6 food stands and restaurants. I have chosen these vendors to talk about quality food and rich food culture that represent Osaka. Throughout the evening, we will try many kinds of foods that highlight Osaka's rich culture. Other things to note: - Pescatarian options available. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be limited. - Please let me know if you have food restrictions or allergies at least a week beforehand. I might not be able to fully accommodate restrictions as it is a group experience. - This experience is run by either myself or another trusted local guide. - I update my tour availability by the 3rd week for next month.
