The upper floor has a large living room , a double bedroom and a WC with shower. The upper floor has two verandas and the front one offers a magnificent view to the Aegean sea. In the lower floor there are three bedrooms,a kitchen and a dining room, two full bathrooms and a large veranda. The pool is right in front of the house and the sea immediately after. Guests renting this house have their own free parking space for three cars. Private entrance. Your hosts stay in the house in the right and they will be there for you for any assistance you may need. The villa is approximately a 5-minute walk through a seaside trail to a beautiful sandy beach to enjoy the sun and the sea until sundown. The beach offers one of the most iconic sunset views on the island. A tavern and a beach bar are open all day to cater to your needs. The bus stop is approximately 500 m away and a mini 24/7 market 600 m away. The villa is 4 km to Parikia, the port of Paros, 7 km to the new airport. Guests have access to the local bus. We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. The result is a Cycladic beauty, built into the rock, white as can be, to host a couple or a small family, in a fun and elegant environment!
